New Scam Targets Plymouth Utilities Customers
Plymouth Utilities’ customers have reported that con artists are trying to scam customers. The con artist claims to be from Plymouth Electric and threatens to disconnect utility service if the customer doesn’t make an immediate payment.
• Plymouth Utilities will not call to threaten disconnection and require immediate payment. We offer several payment options which include mailing a check using the address on your bill, using the secure, online bill payment service from our website, www.plymouthutilities.com, or bringing your payment to our office.
• Plymouth Utilities will send past due notices in writing before service is shut off.
