Redevelopment Authority

The Redevelopment Authority was created for the purpose of preventing and eliminating blighted areas, and carrying out blight elimination, slum clearance and urban renewal programs and projects within the City of Plymouth.

The RDA is comprised of seven members appointed by the Mayor, one from the Common Council for the term of their office, and the other six from qualified residents with terms of five years.
