GIS Specialist

Plymouth Utilities is seeking a qualified person for the position of a GIS Specialist.  Under the direction of the IT Manager, the primary responsibilities are the administration, design, creation, maintenance and  support of the GIS databases, maps, apps, and layers.  They will create maps and applications with ESRI software.  They will perform moderate to complex analysis, quality assurance of data and assist and train other departments in utilizing GIS applications.  Pay range is $59,000 - $76,000 depending on qualifications.
