Start Utility Service

To start service at an existing address click here: Customer Application

• Complete a Residential or Commercial customer application.
• A valid driver's license or social security number is required to apply online.
• Customers without a driver's license or social security number will need to apply for service in person at 900 CTH PP. Photo identification and proof of residency will be required.

Stop Utility Service

To stop service at an existing address click here: Final Read Request

• If you are an existing customer and would like to end your service, you will need to complete a Final Read Request Form or call our office at (920) 893-1471.

New Construction Service

To apply for a new utility service online click here: Apply for Service

• This includes service that is new construction.
• An upgrade to an existing service.
• A relocation of an existing service at your existing service address.

Application Review

Applying for service does not guarantee that service will be started. Plymouth Utilities will review your application and contact you if additional information is needed and/or a deposit is required.

• Applications must be submitted at least two business days (Monday - Friday) prior to the requested start date.
• If your service is without power or water, please call us at (920) 893-1471.

Please Note: Plymouth Utilities is regulated by the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (PSCW).  As a regulated entity our policies are set by the PSCW and applied consistently to all customers. All information provided is secure and will be kept confidential.
