Customer Care Representative (May – October) – We are seeking a qualified person for the position of a Customer Care Representative, Limited Term position, approximately 18-20 weeks from May - October.  Under the direction of the Finance Manager, the primary responsibilities will be the first point of contact for the utility customers, process payments and answer questions.  You will receive hands-on experience and exposure to customer service, utilities and local government.  A full job description is below.  Applicant should have high school diploma or GED equivalent and possess a valid Wisconsin driver’s license.  To apply online, select the NEOGOV link on the right side of the page.
