Building Inspector & Zoning Administrator

The City of Plymouth is seeking an individual for our next Building Inspector & Zoning Administrator.

This position offers a great opportunity for dynamic, motivated self-starter to perform inspection services associated with commercial and residential building codes and zoning codes.  Possession of inspector certifications from the Department of Safety and Professional Services for UDC-Construction, UDC-HVAC, UDC-Electrical or UDC-Plumbing at time of hire is preferred.  

This is a newly created, in-house position with the city.  The individual will be training with the contracted inspector until their retirement date.  The pay range is $65,000-$85,000 depending on qualifications and experience along with an excellent benefit package including; health, life insurance, sick leave, vacation benefits, WI State Retirement plan, paid time off and holidays, etc.
