Utility Account Specialist-Billing Lead

Plymouth Utilities has a full-time opening for a Utility Account Specialist-Billing Lead due to a retirement.  We are in search of an individual who possesses forward-thinking qualities, is engaging, and enjoys interacting with people, all while being a detail-oriented problem solver.  Under the direction of the Finance Director, the primary responsibilities include tasks related to utility billing process, such as processing monthly and final billings.  This role also involves maintaining customer account information, assisting customers, and handling various general administrative activities

Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.  Pay range is $25.91-$28.95 per hour depending on qualifications.  We offer a benefits package that includes health, life insurance, participation in the WI State Retirement System, paid leave and much more.
