Appointment of City Administrator / Utility Manager

Plymouth, WI –           On Tuesday, June 21, 2022, the Plymouth Common Council approved the hiring of Timothy Blakeslee for the position of City Administrator / Utilities Manager. Mr. Blakeslee will be starting with the City of Plymouth on August 1, 2022.

Mr. Blakeslee currently serves as the Assistant Village Manager for the Village of Whitefish Bay, a position he has held since 2017.  He has had a wide range of experience in budget development and contract negotiation, as well as working directly with non-profits, citizen groups, businesses, Village departments, committees and Village residents.
