The purpose of the Plymouth Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) is to encourage and promote commercial and industrial land development to provide greater employment opportunities while expanding the City of Plymouth economic base. The primary role the PIDC plays is to partner with the City of Plymouth to develop commercial and industrial property. The PIDC has several properties available for development.
