*Plymouth Utilities Office is now open for CASH payments only. All other business may be conducted via phone at 920-893-1471 or appointment. Exterior payment drop-off, mailed payments, and online payment services remain as options for fulfilling payment responsibilities.
Office hours are: May 18 – Oct 16: Monday – Thursday 7 am – 4 pm, Friday 7 am – Noon, and Oct 19– May 17: Monday – Friday 7 am – 4 pm. The office is closed to customers Monday-Friday between Noon and 1 pm.
Plymouth Utilities is a municipal-owned, customer-driven electric, water, and wastewater utility providing electric service to the City of Plymouth and parts of 10 surrounding townships. Water and wastewater service is provided primarily to customers within the City of Plymouth.
